Jim
is often called upon to provide insight for
investors around the world investing in global
and U.S. cash-in-transit/armored car carriers. Jim explains
unique risks and trends while providing
questions for investors to ask investor relations. Jim is
also available to lead due diligence teams in evaluating
armored car/cash-in-transit companies during acquisitions or
mergers.
Jim was responsible for assembling a team of leaders who
turned around some of the most challenged operations in the
cash-in-transit industry. He was awarded numerous national
awards for improving revenue growth, customer service, risk
management and profit. Jim started his career working the
trucks and vaults which is where the real risk lies. He
understands the nuts and bolts of the industry and has held
the positions of Supervisor, Branch Manager, Area General
Manager, District Manager and Regional Vice President for 26
years. Jim earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Aurora
University and an M.A. in Management from Webster University.
In addition to his consulting practice, Jim is an instructor
for criminal justice courses at Bucks County Community College
in Newtown, PA.
